The exterior concept for this new multifamily community in Lake Nona draws from the energy, art, and tropical character of its surroundings. The design is eclectic by intent, combining bold patterns, layered planting, unexpected color, and contemporary materials to give the community a distinct identity. Rather than relying on a single visual theme, the landscape brings together a collection of complementary spaces and details that feel playful, expressive, and rooted in the culture of Lake Nona.
The ground plane plays an important role in shaping the experience. Shifts in paving pattern, texture, and color define circulation and gathering areas while creating movement throughout the site. Patterned tile, sculptural elements, colorful accents, contemporary furnishings, and expressive lighting add character at key moments. These elements are set within a lush planting palette of palms, broadleaf evergreens, ornamental grasses, flowering plants, and Florida native species. The contrast between the structured hardscape and the softer, more natural planting creates a landscape that feels both composed and relaxed.
At the center of the community, the pool courtyard serves as the primary outdoor gathering space. A resort style pool and double sided pavilion connect a series of spaces for lounging, dining, grilling, and entertaining. Fire pit seating, a hammock grove, shaded dining areas, a putting green, and a pickleball court expand the ways residents can use the landscape throughout the day.
A linear park extends the experience beyond the pool, linking secondary dining areas and smaller gathering spaces through a sequence of intimate landscape rooms. The dog park is designed as a true social amenity with play equipment, shaded seating, grilling, and an open lawn. At the community entrance, a landscaped roundabout and pond overlook create a memorable arrival while connecting to the broader pedestrian network.
Together, the amenity spaces create a cohesive landscape focused on connection, recreation, and everyday outdoor living. The result is a community that reflects the creative spirit of Lake Nona while establishing a character of its own that is tropical, lively, lush, and intentionally eclectic.
