PLOT Studio partnered with Aslin Beer Co. to transform an underutilized parking lot into a dynamic and flexible outdoor environment that extends the brewery experience into a true community destination. The design blends hospitality, entertainment, and public space elements to create a multifaceted plaza that invites guests of all ages to gather, linger, and build community.
Key features of the space include a performance stage for live music and events, shaded seating areas, greenspaces for all ages, fire pits, and flexible zones for retail pop-ups and food vendors. A modern sculptural entryway anchors the site and establishes a distinct identity - helping to reinforce Aslin Beer’s brand and personality. Thoughtful planting and pedestrian circulation create a welcoming, park-like community space.
The project reflects a growing trend in placemaking where commercial venues embrace public realm design, encouraging greater connection between businesses and the communities they serve.
